Support Tickets have their own application for whatever applicable. For instance, tickets have applications for purchasing shops, applying for warps, reporting grief, or reporting bugs. Admins are the only players who can fulfill tickets. Admins complete tickets during their own schedule, so this means randomly.
We will no longer be taking requests while in-game or over chat, this includes requests to look at tickets. We obviously want to be as helpful as possible, but we need YOUR help in keeping us organized. We can help you quicker if you submit a ticket. We are typically working on something when we're in-game and can't drop everything to help a player issue. So, from now on we will be directing ALL issues to Support Tickets so they can be correctly prioritized.
Remember, it's important that your admins also get to play survival along with you and have the ability to prioritize admin work. If we don't play, we won't know the issues, lag, glitches, or in-game experience that you know. Not to mention, overload in admin work is the #1 reason why Minecraft servers die. So be gentle with us when it comes to our timelines, we're doing lots of work in the background!
Tickets are filled based on priority and admin availability. JellyPLZ and Pointyy sometimes have differing schedules and they split the ticket duties. Please do not complain if certain tickets were filled ahead of yours, we do have a process.

Ticket Wait Time
Tickets are done in batches every 2 - 4 days. We post the next date and time we do tickets in the left widget in the Discord channel.
How to Submit a Ticket
1. Read Ticket Requirements (Above)
2. Find the Ticket Application you need on this page
3. Copy/paste your application as a new thread here
4. Make sure your application is fully filled out
5. Make sure your ticket is properly tagged (instructions are in your application)
Tickets will be automatically denied and closed if you do not provide accurate or complete information in your application. Don't get hurt feelings, this is a protocol that everyone must follow and our responses are copy/paste. Since we often times have many tickets to get through, it is up to you to decide which shop, warp, location, or whatever it is that you want. Leaving it up to us or not giving us the correct coords will mean it will be denied. You will have to re-submit your ticket with proper info.
As laid out in our Policies, if you are griefed (theft, destruction, etc) it is partially your responsibility because you have been provided with grief protection Plug-Ins. Make sure to protect your land or you may get items stolen or destroyed. Grief Report tickets take last priority and can take up to 14 days to be processed. So please, protect your land.
We will now be asking ALL ticket inspections submitted in Support Tickets to use our Tagging Method. In each application, we ask you tag your ticket appropriately in the title. This is for us to easily sift through tickets and prioritize them. Starting 9/25 any tickets submitted without proper tags will be denied and closed, players will be asked to resubmit with proper tagging.
Player Sign Warp Application
Use the tag [Warp] <username> for your thread title

2. In order to have a warp, you must reserve which warp station you want by setting up your Post Office box and connecting it to an empty warp station. Have you completed this task? (Yes/No)

Free Kiosk Application
You can now pick a kiosk at spawn and claim it yourself.
Mall Shop Application
Use the tag [Mall] <username> for your thread title
Post a picture of which mall shop you want in a thread titled <Name> Mall Shop Claim.
You must include and answer this in your thread: I understand that the shop I'm requesting costs a fee and that fee will be deducted from my total balance. (yes/no/N/A)
Lava Placement Application
Players no longer need to fill out this application and can use lava at their digression as long as it follows this rule: "Lava placement should be used responsibly and only on claimed land."
Spawn Shop or Residential Plot Application
Use the tag [Plot] <username> for your thread title
If submitting to build at Spawn, submit pics of your proposed Spawn build built in Creative OR inspiration pictures that have the same theme/concepts as what you will build. Your request will be denied if you do not submit design pictures.
